We're seeking a dynamic, professional and technically skilled individual to join our highly regarded Knowledge Team.

You will be technically minded, a natural born problem solver and a people person who enjoys customer and client interaction.  Most importantly you will deliver impeccable service in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for problem solving with strong communication skills. Within the Knowledge Team, you will be providing advice and implementing solutions for our bespoke Applicant Tracking Software, supporting an ever-expanding client base across a wide variety of industries.

What you'll do in your new role as a Client Support Consultant:

  • Configuring software changes for our bespoke applicant tracking software.
  • Implementing changes and improvements to our client's custom careers websites.
  • Regular software testing for our quarterly system updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk requests. Track and update issues, ensuring proper recording, documentation, and closure.
  • Making clients feel valued by taking ownership of their problems, following up and communicating progress in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring the clients ATS and actioning/escalating alerts and issues as required.
  • Adhering to service level agreements and following company/team best practice in change, incident & release management.
  • Recommending improvements to process and technical environments both internally and for clients.
  • Creating technical documents and guides for our clients and colleagues on a regular basis.
  • Working closely day to day with Customer Success Managers, Developers, Creative Design and Project Management teams in the management, maintenance and delivery of quality services and solutions.

To excel as our Client Support Consultant, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • A keen interest in IT and technology – previous experience is beneficial but a can-do attitude is essential!
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Open to new ways to working, ability to work independently and adapt to change.
  • A positive outlook and friendly personality.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Working knowledge of helpdesk software and/or applicant tracking systems or configuration management systems would be beneficial.
