Customer Success Manager

Do you have vision, passion, and a knack for relationship building? Have you worked previously as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS organisation?

We're seeking a dynamic, fast paced, target driven, Customer Success Manager to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to really make your mark, becoming a critical contributor to customer success at eArcu.

Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, with a focus on retention, adoption around our communications and SaaS products, as well as looking for opportunities for expansion – increasing the value customer finds from our suite of products.

CSMs are regularly talking to customers and assisting with needs such as general account questions, service adds, system configuration, project coordination, and facilitating. Customer Success Managers must be able to communicate new services and products to both exec Level as well as technical users (e.g. IT Managers, Recruitment Managers).

A high degree of understanding of technical terminology and a keen desire to learn is considered advantageous and pivotal to this role. If you're looking to find a great deal of variety in your day-to-day initiatives, this role will not disappoint. If you like to dive right in and roll up your sleeves and play a key role in maintaining solid business relationships and building new ones, the Customer Success team is the place to be!

What you'll do in your new role as a Customer Success Manager:

  • Responsible for ongoing relationship management of current customer base
  • You'll add value to our clients by promoting our key features, supporting them in achieving their business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate solving conflicts
  • The product is quite technical, so this role requires someone who would enjoy getting into the detail. If you're comfortable with software solutions and understand how ATS's work, this would be a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to travel, as you will be out visiting clients each week

To excel as a Customer Success Manager, you'll need:

  • Organised and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Experience working in a hi-tech setting is preferred
  • Prioritisation skills must be exceptional
  • Flexibility to working in a dynamic work environment is essential
  • Able to work in a team environment but also able to work independently
