We have grown rapidly to become a leader in talent management software and we're now part of PageUp Group with offices in the UK, Ireland, France, US, Australia, Singapore and Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quickly build strong partnerships with our customers by understanding their needs and supporting them in adopting the best selection methods and talent acquisition techniques.
  • Be a strategic adviser and consultant by guiding clients and ensuring best practices within the product. Your role is to drive the value and full potential of our software suite for our clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities and retention risks across our client base, and work to ensure customers are getting the most out of our solution.
  • Work closely with the wider Customer Success team, and more broadly with the Knowledge, Project, Creative & Recruitment Marketing teams.
  • Our clients are always front of mind; we succeed together.

Your Experience

This role is a great development opportunity for someone with 1-2 years in Customer Success who is looking to progress.

  • Ideally you'll have SaaS or technology industry experience - a background in Human Resources or Recruitment would be highly regarded.
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, HR technologies, talent acquisition and candidate sourcing challenges.
  • Demonstrated commercial experience within a CSM role.
  • Proven track record of building strong client and internal stakeholder relationships across all levels within an organisation, plus managing senior stakeholder expectations.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence & drive behavioural change.

Life at eArcu

  • We want to create space for you to do your best work so we support flexible working arrangements that will fit with your individual lifestyle and provide additional leave days such as awesome day and volunteer leave.
  • We truly value our people and want you to succeed here, so we offer competitive salary, commission, generous paid parental leave, health insurance, wellness benefits and a bunch of other good stuff.
  • With the global presence of our parent company also means those with a little wanderlust have the opportunity to take their career to new places.

This role is hybrid-remote with one/two days per week in our Hardpenden office (every Monday, and Wednesdays within your induction period) and there will be some travel (to visit clients).

At eArcu, we encourage people of all backgrounds and abilities to apply. Building diverse teams is the foundation of our success, so if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single criteria on the job description, please still reach out. We'd love to have a chat and see how you could add value to the team.
