Senior Customer Success Managers are predominantly responsible for developing and maintaining strategic client relationships and enhancing best practice techniques, with a focus on retention, adoption and exploring opportunities for expansion.
A consultative and empathetic approach is key to developing long term, successful relationships with clients, evolving the client's use of the product from our suite of innovative, new features.
