Our Senior Customer Success Managers develop strategic relationships with their clients, aiming to be the best in the industry. 

Do you have experience of implementing or configuring an ATS in an in-house role? Do you know when different selection techniques are most effective?  Perhaps you've gained experience of running graduate recruitment processes too? You might also have some experience of the commercial focus of an agency or RPO environment.

A consultative and empathetic approach is key to developing long term, successful relationships with clients, evolving the client's use of the product from our suite of innovative, new features.

Key elements of the role cover: 

  • Adding value to clients by supporting them in achieving their business goals
  • Recommending key system features to optimise processes
  • Guiding clients to get the most from their investment in our product
  • System configuration to match evolving client priorities
